Good View helps you explore and organize your options. A local senior living advisor can offer hands-on help with community questions, current pricing, availability, and visits.
The standard for an introduction
Before Good View introduces a senior living advisor, we will require verification of an active Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) credential, relevant senior-living experience, local knowledge, and references.
A credential is only part of the picture. The advisor’s experience, company, service area, and compensation must be clear too. We will not describe an advisor as certified or vetted without completing those checks.
You see the details before you share
- Know the person. Review the advisor’s name, company, verified credentials, and relevant experience.
- Know the relationship. See any Good View or Summit affiliation and how the advisor, their company, or Good View may be compensated. Payments cannot affect community rankings.
- Choose what to share. Approve the specific information and recipient before an introduction is sent. Your entire workspace is not automatically shared.
No automatic referral
Using Good View does not make you a client of Summit Senior Solutions or any other advisory company. A future introduction may involve Summit or another provider that meets the requirements. The actual provider and any affiliation will be identified before you make that choice.
You can continue using Good View on your own and confirm details directly with communities. No advisor is required.
